V02.29.9 – New multi-export for logbooks

New multi-export for logbooks

Previously, logbook entries could only be exported one vehicle at a time. With the new multi-export feature for logbooks, it is now possible to export logbook entries for multiple vehicles simultaneously for the same period.

The export can be generated via the Report function area in the Exports menu using the new "Create Export" button.

The export dialog then opens (see Release Note V02.29.7) with a preliminary step for selecting the desired vehicles.

Once the remaining settings (column selection, time range, file type) have been configured and the export initiated, a new export entry will be created in the export list. Depending on the amount of data, compiling the export may take a short while. You will be notified when the export is complete, and the file can be downloaded from the export overview or via the notification.

Multi-exports have their own export type in the list, "Multi logbook export", which also shows how many vehicles are included in the export.

New export icons to indicate different export options.

Currently, there are two ways to export data from the platform:
(1) Export via the Export Wizard (currently only available for logbooks)
(2) Export from the tables (where only the data visible in the table is exported)

To make the two different export methods distinguishable for the user, two new icons were used in the interface.

Automatic, preset filtering of fuel cards by status

The fuel card list is pre-filtered by default, so that only active fuel cards are displayed. The filter can be adjusted manually at any time to also display blocked or expired cards, for example.
