Automatic allocation of fuel cards
Both existing and newly added fuel cards in the portal will be automatically assigned to vehicles, provided the license plate numbers on the cards match those of the vehicles . If a user has previously made a manual assignment or makes manual changes in the future, these manual changes will take priority over automation, for example, if the card and vehicle are intentionally unlinked.
