02.28.30 – New Stop Analysis, Chat attachments and more

See where a vehicle has stopped during a trip

If you analyze the trace of a trip in the logbook of your vehicle, you now have the option to see all stops which occured during this trip.

To get here Open the logbook of a vehicle. For example by selecting a vehicle from the the live map and clicking on the Logbook button.

And then open the trace of a trip in the logbook by clicking the "Show trace" button.

"Stops" section

In this section you can see how many stops have been detected and the total stop time during the selected trip.

You may expand this section to see the three longest stops of the trip.

You can customize the stop time settings, to further increase the accuracy of the stop detection.

This is useful in case many stops have been detected and you want to focus on fewer stops.

The data for the recognized stop can also be displayed by clicking on the POI itself.

“Refuelings” section

Refuelings can be detected by assigning a valid DKV service card to your vehicle or by telemtry data. Telemetry data is available in case the tracking device is connected to the FMS interface of your truck or installed via CAN-Click. Combining both detection options can increase the data quality & detection accuracy.

The second section informs you about refueling stops detected during the trip.

Also for the reueling events, you can access refueling details by clicking on the refueling POI.

The DKV LIVE chat feature now supports file sharing. Share detailed location information with your drivers or receive images from your drivers as proof of cargo securing or for damage reports.

The chat also works with our DKV LIVE mobile app, to stay in contact with your drivers or colleagues on the go. The mobile app has a Dispatcher and a Driver perspective, depending on the user's permissions.

Fleet efficiency report enhanced

We have enhanced the Fleet Report by removing archived vehicles by default. Now you can easily differentiate active from archived vehicles. But if needed you can view data of archived vehicles as well.
