Migration Quick Guide
For all Users
Complete the registration of your new user account.
Check if your permission level (Administrator, Fleet Manager, Dispatcher, Driver) is set correctly.
Check your personal user settings.
For Administrators
Verify that all of your users have been invited to the new portal and that the permission level is set correctly.
Invite your drivers as DKV LIVE users to enable them to use the DKV LIVE mobile App (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).
Check which Data Integrations need to be setup.
Check if Fuel Fraud Alarms are set.
For Dispatchers
Check out the DKV LIVE mobile App (Apple App Store / Google Play Store).
Check if all of your Geozones are available.
Check if all contacts & addresses are available.
For Fleet Managers
Verify that all vehicles exist and all tracking devices are assigned to a vehicle.
Verify if all active DKV service cards are assigned to the correct vehicle, so that fuel transaction can be related to a vehicle and refueling alarms work as well as the automatic fuel card disabling in case of suspicouis refueling transactions.
Verify that vehicle service & maintenance schedules are up to date.
In case you use the Remote Tachograph Download feature:
Verify that your company card details (Card number & Expiration date) are shown in the portal.
Verify that all expected vehicles show the capability "Remote tachograph download" is available.
