Which data is migrated?

The following Information will be migrated to the new portal:

  • Organizational Information

  • Users

  • Devices (incl. Vehicle relation)

  • Vehicles

  • Vehicle folders (now called labels)

  • Fuel cards (incl. Vehicle relation)

  • Alarms (simple alarms)

  • Vehicle services schedules

  • Geozones

  • Addresses & POI

Which data not going to be migrated?

Unfortunately we cannot migrate historic data gathered by the Telematics device, as it is not fully compatible to the new portal and this might result in confusing system behavior.

The following data will not be migrated:

  • Trace data (GNSS/GPS)

  • Logbook entries

  • Telemetry data (CAN/FMS)

  • Driver cards

  • Tachograph downloads

  • Tachograph D8 data

  • Refueling event data (detected refuelings and fuel payment transactions)

You will remain access to the legacy portal till 31.12.2026.

Not all of my user accounts have been migrated, what can I do?

We try to migrate as many of your existing user accounts to the new portal as possible. Unfortunately some permission settings of the legacy portal are not 100% compatible to the permissions in the new Portal.

As we want to assure that no user has unexpected permissions in the new portal, we might not migrate all of your user accounts.

Not all of my vehicles show on the map, what can I do?

Why are devices and vehicles managed separately in the new portal?

We understand that our customers have an interest in managing & monitoring their vehicles and that Telematics Devices are only a tool to gain insights to these vehicles.

This brings the following advantages:

  • You can easily reassign a device to a new vehicle, in case you have

    • installed it into another vehicle.

    • or you need to replace the existing device.

  • You can keep the full vehicle history data, while the device might be replaced or removed.

  • You can archive sold vehicles and create new vehicles to start with a clean vehicle record and by this improve the quality of vehicle reports.

Not all of my alarms have been migrated, what can I do?

No, we try to migrate as many alarms as possible. Unfortunately we do not support custom alarms anymore. The following "simple" Alarms will be migrated to the new system:

  • Geozone

  • Country

  • Driver drives without a driver card

  • Speed (speedometer)

  • Vehicle not at refuel station (with or without fuel card deactivation)

  • Drop of tank level indicator (?)

  • Tank overflow (with or without fuel card deactivation)

Please check out the alarms we offer in our new Portal by clicking [here].

If the use case you are looking for is not supported by the existing alarms, please contact our [support team] and explain your use case as detailed as possible, so that we can try to find a solution for you.
