We understand that sometimes things change, and you might want to resign from our service, in parts or in total. To give you some confidence what to do in that case, please find the most important topics below.
You may used our service for years, but please remember, the DKV LIVE hardware is owned by DKV. After the service contract has ended, please return our hardware to:

Your system administrator has received a termination confirmation via email. This email contains all relevant information to make sure that the hardware is returned by you. Please print it out and put it into the package together with the DKV LIVE hardware.
Please ensure that all devices are returned to us within 6 weeks after the service contract has ended. If you do not return the DKV LIVE hardware, the DKV LIVE hardware is damaged or broken, DKV provides the right to invoice Non-return fees, in accordance with the DKV LIVE Special Terms and Conditions and the DKV LIVE Online Price List as follows:

Please take care that all system data will be deleted in accordance with Data Privacy Regulations within a reasonable time. Please make sure to download all required data, before your system access is locked.
