The web portal provides two convenient methods for accessing chats and initiating new conversations. The first option involves using the live map feature. Here, you can begin by selecting a specific vehicle of interest. If a driver is currently checked in to that particular vehicle, you can seamlessly reach out to the individual by clicking on the chat button within the details panel. This allows for direct and efficient communication with the selected person.
