This guide covers how to access and view detailed route information based on the selected vehicle, optional trailer, and your defined start/destination.

What you can do:

Attach a trailer to your selected vehicle (if it's a trailable vehicle).
Expand route planner options after entering start & destination points.
Set a specific departure time.
Indicate hazardous goods being transported.
View detailed route calculations, including toll costs, distance, estimated fuel usage, and more.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Select vehicle (and trailer if applicable)

When opening the route planner:
- Select your vehicle from the dropdown.
- If the vehicle supports trailers, a second dropdown appears for trailer selection.

Missing vehicle attributes

If your selected vehicle has incomplete attributes, an info message is shown.
Click the link to vehicle details to complete the information.
- Doing this will reset the route planner session.

Enter start and destination

Enter at least a starting point and a destination.
Once both are filled:
- The route planner expands to show additional settings and calculated data.

Set departure time

“Now” is selected by default, using your current time zone.
Click to open the date & time picker if you wish to schedule a future departure.
Your selected timeframe is displayed above the option.

Select hazardous goods (if applicable)

You can indicate if you are transporting any hazardous materials.
Each selection may influence route calculation to account for restrictions or road compliance.
